These PFA lined ball valves are used in a wide variety of applications in many industries.

Features

  • PFA lining offers highest corrosion resistance.

  • Bubble tight shut-off: precision machined ball and seats guarantees an absolute leak-free valve.]

  • Full bore offers high Cv value equal to the pipe.

  • One-piece ball/stem: no possibility of damaging PFA lining on ball by the stem, no hysteresis, ideal for flow control applications.

  • Specific anti blow-out shaft design, which can not be affected by the media,according API 609.

  • Static electricity: any build-up of static electricity is eliminated since the ball/stem and the housing are of the same potential.

  • Constant torque: the unique two-piece body construction together with the spring loaded seats guarantee a constant torque even after months of operation. TA-Luft VDI 2440 approved.

  • The self adjusting packing is maintenance free and provides a leak free stem seal.

  • The hand lever features a positive locked position in the open and closed position for type NTB, and 6 ntermediate positions for type NTC.

  • The body has a thermally applied polyester powder coating (RAL 9002) which offers excellent protection against external corrosion and rust.

  • Direct mounting according to ISO 5211.

NeoTecha Lined Butterfly Valves

A fully lined solution according to ISO 5752/5 short (EN 558-1T5) with a wide variety of corrosion resistant disc and liner materials to handle the most demanding customer applications.

  • Stem seal, the pressure to keep the two sealing surfaces together is provided by an upper and lower set of Belleville springs resulting in a superior steam seat, which is TA-Luft approved.

  • Bubble tight shut-off in both directions, in accordance with EN-12266-1 leakrate A (UHMWPE leakrate B).

  • Size Range:  1-1/2" to 36"

Sapro In-line Sampling

Sapro In-line sampling system for representative sampling without process interruption.

Size 1 - 4 inch
Features • The Sapro sampling system ensures a “true representative sample” without process interruption. The Sapro is designed to be installed directly into a process pipeline. 

  • The Sapro sampling system is offered with either a bottle or syringe collection method. This allows for different levels of safety and containment for different applications.

  • The syringe collection method utilizes a Sapro valve with a universal bayonet connection which allows one syringe to be used at multiple sample points.

  • The operation of the Sapro sampling system with bottle adapter is very simple and safe due to the use of a spring return manual lever. This spring loaded lever automatically closes the sampler when it is released.

  • The Sapro with bottle adapter comes standard with built-in locking device for safety.

  • PFA lining is available for corrosive services.

  • Easily disassembled for cleaning. 

  • Seat change is quick and easy due to the use of a universal seat for all sizes.

Sapro Aseptic In-line and Tank sampling systems offer sample isolation from the environment and personnel.

General features with bottle collection method

  • Aseptic/cleanable design, all wetted parts can be reached with steam, cleaning solvents or inert gas

  • Ability to totally contain sample, offering ultimate purity of sample in aseptic applications, and offers ultimate safety to personnel in toxic chemical applications.

  • Simple and safe operation due to the use of a spring return manual lever. This spring loaded lever automatically closes the sampler when it is released.

  • The Sapro sampling system assures a ‘true representative sample’ every time without process interruption.

  • Spring housing is totally sealed from the media.

One way to ensure consistency is to take samples out of a process line or reactor. In many occasions it is of extreme importance that these samples are representative. 
In industries like food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology, not only must the sample be representative, it also must remain isolated from the environment during the sample taking process.

Equipment used in the sample taking process is generally the largest source of cross contamination. This is due to the fact that the sampling equipment either cannot be completely cleaned, or cannot be cleaned in the proper sequence needed to maintain the integrity of the sample as well as process isolation. Past solutions to these problems tend to be complex, cumbersome pieces of equipment. Neotecha has a solution to the above problems with the Sapro Aseptic liquid process sampler. The Sapro Aseptic is simple to use mainly because the design is based on the proven Sapro In-Line Sampling Device that has solved sampling problems worldwide.

The inherent features of the Sapro Aseptic valve also provide solutions in the chemical industry where fugitive emissions are of concern.
