The Triac Series 90/93 Split Body
Flanged High Performance Manual Ball Valve
Triac 90/93 Series Flanged Ball Valves
feature a split body design. The high quality investment
cast valves feature a fully machined bore. The superior
live-loaded packing system is accomplished with
Bellville washers, "V"-ring packing and a
unique primary pyramidal stem seal. This advanced
sealing system provides for protection against stem
leaks experienced by ordinary ball valves. Reinforced
RTFE seats are standard, but various options are
available for seat materials.
The 50/50 seat option is excellent for services that
call for higher temperatures and more difficult
applications including steam. Call or contact

Mount Multi-Port Manual Ball Valves: The
Series 33, 43, 53 offer superior performance and
reliability required to optimize manual and automation
process performance.
This versatile, high performance multi-port ball valve
offers solutions to mixing and diverting with various
available flow patterns and end configurations. It can
be maintained in-line, leaving the end pieces intact.
The direct mount design makes automation easier and
maintains a lower profile. This valve features the
pyramidal stem design that is so effective in other
Triac valve series. There are a myriad of end piece and
flow pattern combinations.

The
Triac LB Series PFA Lined Split Body Flanged Manual Ball
Valve
Traic Series
LB Ball Valves feature the latest technology in PFA.
These fully lined ball valves are available with
electropolished stainless steel or epoxy coated carbon
steel body. The superior PFA lining is able to withstand
temperatures of -200º to 392ºF and demonstrates
greater durability than PTFE. This high purity PFA has
extremely low gas permeability and outperforms other
materials in critical services. These split body valves
feature self-adjusting “V”-ring packing. The lining
thickness is at least 3mm. throughout the body and ball.
For stainless steel valve bodies, electropolishing is
standard! Two-piece ball and stem design reduces side
loading and extends stem and packing life

Ball Valves | FM Approved Manual Ball Valve Assemblies
These assemblies are FM approved for use in
applications requiring protection for fuel burning
equipment per FM class 7400, 7420 and 7422. The
components include a spring return automated ball valve,
explosion-proof limit switch and solenoid pilot valve.
Valves are available in 3-piece or flanged design.
3-piece design offers threaded, socket weld or butt weld
end connections. Flanged valves are available with 150#
and 300# flange rating. Available in sizes 1/2"-
6". Assemblies feature the latest in quarter-turn
automation, rack and pinion actuator design; a marked
improvement from the older spring-diaphragm technology.
The actuator, combined with the superior valve seating
